Our bodies are complex with different baselines.  Keeping the body moving is always a good thing, but to reach the desired outcome will vary from person to person.  Doing someone else's exercise routine can sometimes provide the opposite results of your goals. Specific routines and modifications are tailored to you.

Getting back to moving around through our daily activities is the goal.  We tend to take for granted the simple ways our bodies move without pain until the event we can't perform these movements and enjoy the associated activities.  Maybe you can't lift your children or items at work. Maybe you can't sit or drive long term. Maybe the act of intimacy is painful. Whatever the case may be, you'll be educated on the modifications that can help you in the meantime while you also receive the support to get you back to moving better.
